Author Copy Book Order

For AIAP authors who wish to purchase author copies at the wholesale price.

1. Orders received after the book’s publication date incur a fee of USD$30 or AUD$40.
2. Email us to tell us what books you wish to order, and we will tell you what that will cost you.
3. Use this form to securely provide your credit card details, delivery address and phone number. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discovery. Just click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, then click the ‘Checkout’ link – which will appear above – and fill in your credit card details and address.
4. We will use your credit card to pay the printer for your book order.
5. We will send you a Paypal invoice for the order fee.

We will not keep a record of your credit card.
