Whiteout (Shades #1) by Mary Mandolin
This story starts out with Melinda and the plane has just touched down at the airport. She calls for a Kkar ride and the driver picks her up and they are on their way.
Problem is Gerald was to pick up Melissa to meet up with Paul. Things go so wrong as they are driving and she’s locked in, winter blizzard and they arrive at a cabin.
All she can think about is being killed by the psycho. Chilling read for me as it’s realistic enough to happen.
How much worse can the tension get with a gun in the mix and no electric either.
Story is chilling at times but on the edge other times till twists and turns really make a difference…
Love her career and the creativity.
I received this review copy from AIA Publishing and this is my honest opinion.
