You might remember Gary from his other book Why Birds Fall that I published last year. If you enjoyed that thriller/mystery about corruption in the aviation industry, you're sure to enjoy this one as well. It's a story about a delightful character, a retired reverend, who visits New Orleans and gets swept up in a murder mystery. The book is populated with a cast of colourful characters and the setting of New Orleans gives the book an exotic flavour. A highly recommended read. Cover image by Rose of K.
