In this video, Rose and Tahlia talk about the publishing process, the steps a book goes through from editing to publication. If you’re self-publishing or mainstream publishing, the process is the same. What differs is only who does the publishing, how much the author is involved in the process, and how many ‘optional’ extras the publisher undertakes – things like researching the best categories and keywords, submitting books to reviewers, creating marketing images and other marketting initiaves.
If you’re thinking of submitting your book to us for consideration, or if we’ve accepted your book for publication, this is a good video to watch to get a run down on the publishing process
